ALMOST BUT NOT QUITE SPRING

February and March was quite a tease. It seemed like spring time for a bit and then come this huge snow storm last week. It left us with a big chunk of snow that won't go away but that didn't stop me from wearing this very spring-like outfit last night to Fabricated. I don't know if I have mentioned but I was chosen as one of Joe Fresh's Style Ambassadors all over Canada (which is such a huge honour for me especially since I've only been in Canada for 2.6 years) thus you'd be seeing me rocking more Joe if I haven't already before! I mean, can you believe these pants? Seriously, it's EVERYTHING.

Going back to Fabricated, I was a bit disappointed with the crowd but those are beyond anyone's control, I think. I would definitely say that the old venue was still my fave. The first part of the show bored me to death (and the rude noisy people behind me didn't help either) but the second part of the show was "amazeballs," as BR would put it. I loved E | G Forge and this was by far my most favourite collection from NRT. I love Fabricated, it was one of my most favourite Calgary fashion shows but by the way things were going last night, I want the old Fabricated back -- whatever and whoever that means.
