I've always said this and will say it again, I am not a fan of colors. I remember someone asking me before what my favorite color is and I answered, "Gray," and his reply was, "Gray is not a color. It is a shade." For some reason, my favorite colors are gray and white--even if people don't consider them as "real" colors. So imagine how I felt like when the color blocking trend started to just go full bloom! Sure, it looks fun but it is not my style. However, I took it as a dare (plus I just immediately fell in love with this electric blue palazzo pants the moment I laid eyes on it at Zara) and just tried it--even if everyone else have done it except for me. So, here I am hoping it is not too late to try the color blocking trend :)
We had a photo shoot last weekend too for FASHIONSIGN MAGAZINE and I wish I can share with you guys the clothes that I wore but alas, I signed a confidentiality agreement and cannot share anything until September 15, 2011 when the issue comes out. Actually, I didn't even see the photos myself but I'm crossing my fingers that they did turn out fine. All I can say is, this color blocking thing is quite addicting that I did more of it during the shoot.
GAAAAAAHHHH, CANNOT WAIT!!!! Must.keep.my.mouth.shut.
H&M pink tank top. Zara palazzo pants. Town Shoes wedges. Ardene socks. Aldo bracelets.

I was such a basket case before and during the shoot--Ash was feeling the same--that we decided to celebrate it by grabbing some pizza, sashimi and drinks at Earl's patio then off we go to Fish Creek to do our own mini photo shoot. How did you spend your weekend, lovelies? :)
Wednesday is the Joe Fresh VIP Opening at CrossIron Mills. See ya there~
