I figured I should post this now before all my other backlog of posts because it is Spring/Summer already and it's gonna be outdated sooner than later. This was one of the outfits I chose for the photo shoot I had with my photographer friend Chris Renaud a few months back. I only got them recently but I got so busy too that I just didn't have the time to make a post plus Blogger was being nuts last week. Speaking of which, thank you for all your wonderful comments on my last post even if it got lost due to the problems encountered by Blogger recently. I hope I could recover all those comments :(
Anyway, I found this amaziiiiing maxi skirt at one of my thrift store adventures with Dee. I've been going back to thrifting lately because I find it so exciting to find surprising wonderful pieces. I think I just got this for $6. Score, right? :)
Winners fur vest. Joe top. Value Village leopard maxi skirt. Chinese Laundry wedge booties. Ardene fedora. S necklace.

So I just got home from the Media Reception of Alberta Fashion Week and I am stoked! Although I've been to Philippine Fashion Week a couple of times before, I am excited to see what my new home has to offer in terms of the fashion scene. I have meet a few of the designers who are showing their collections this week and I am proud to say that one of them is a Filipina jewelry designer and all her materials are made from Cebu. Check out her pieces HERE.
Please come back for more stories about the Alberta Fashion Week Media Reception and the whole ABFW actually! I am covering :)
